Workshops and Events
WeAreObservers hosts photography workshops, creative gatherings, and community events primarily in NSW.
Participants agree to:
• Provide accurate registration details
• Follow reasonable guidance from workshop facilitators
• Respect other participants and the community environment
Payments
Workshop fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Cancellations
We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel events due to weather, venue availability, or facilitator circumstances.
If an event is cancelled, participants may be offered:
• A transfer to another session
• A credit for a future workshop
• A refund where appropriate
Participant cancellation policies will be communicated during booking.
Photography During Events
Workshops and community events may be documented through photography or video for promotional or educational purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in documentation, please inform us before the event.
Intellectual Property
Workshop materials, educational content, and images provided by WeAreObservers remain the intellectual property of the organisation or respective creators.
These materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in workshops and events is voluntary.
To the extent permitted by law, WeAreObservers is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or equipment loss that may occur during participation in events.
