By registering for or attending a workshop or photography event organised by WeAreObservers, participants acknowledge that:

• Participation in photography walks and workshops may involve moving through public environments such as streets, parks, waterfronts, and urban spaces.

• Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and the care of their photography equipment.

• Participants agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by facilitators to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• To the extent permitted by law, WeAreObservers is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to equipment occurring during participation in events.
